Returns We offer a 30-day return period, which means you can return a product within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The product must not have any odors, hair, or other signs of use.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure the package arrives safely.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued within 3–5 days using the original payment method.
How long does it take to receive my refund? Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take up to 5 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed. Our processing time is 12 hours.
After this period, cancellation is no longer possible, as the order will already be in the shipping process.
If you still do not wish to keep the product, you can return it following our return policy.
Final Sale Items Items marked as sale or discounted are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
Instead, we offer a replacement item at our expense, while the customer covers the shipping fee.
